I’ve signed up for IronMan Arizona 2011, so my life has quickly become put into time boxes of swimming, cycling, running, and other activities to support these 3 – like yoga, spin classes, strength training etc…

Trying to get some mountain biking in as training for a 12 hour race in a few weeks. The weather today was raining, but we thought we’d go anyway….there were so many geocaches on the way up to the Otay Mountain. However, we never got that far….the rain created MUD and we could hardly bike [...]
So I was surfing the geocaching website and finding it to be really slow.
Somehow I got to this page….where I could give feedback and vote on what I think is important to improve. I liked the interface as well as the voting, so I thought I’d share it with others.

What is a PodCache?
It’s a combination of geocaching and a podcast. You need to have an MP3 file that you can play as you walk to find the geocache. Here is an example of a podcache that exists in Balboa Park, San Diego.
I recently went on a month vacation in South Africa for the World Cup. Whilst I was there, I saw many wondrous sites – and of course fit in some geocaching. One place that was incredible was the World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World….Victoria Falls.
This week has been quite an adventure for our geocaching! We managed to get our 1000th geocache AND finished the Black Mountain Hall of Fame geocache series!
