A Geocache Story of the Underwater Geocache

This geocache blog post takes you through the story and hunt of searching and finding an underwater geocache. You’ll walk away knowing how to geocache.

One not so fine day, a geocacher went out on the hunt for geocaches. They followed the GPS coordinates to this location….but where is the cache?

Looking over the edge of the water, I shouted “Here is the cache, it’s in the water” Maybe that’s why the cache is called “The Titanic!”

“But how do you get an underwater geocache?” I called out. I looked down and noticed that there was a rope…”perhaps I should pull the rope”.

And so the work began to get the geocache out of the water….it was held down by some decent weight….so a big pull was needed.

After a few minutes the geocache arrived out of the water and was ready for the “signing of the log” – a ceremony known and cherished by geocachers

Lastly, for the tale to end, the geocache must be hidden again. And the 2 ducks lived happily ever after guarding the geocache from muggles.
